Rates are based upon initial psychiatric evaluation, follow-up medication management, and on a select basis, psychotherapy. Please call for more information.
Insurance
I do not accept any insurance plan at this time.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a missed session fee.
